Every project follows the same path, so you always know what happens next and what we need from you.

Brief
You fill in a short online brief. We reply with a fixed quote and a timeline, and nothing starts until you agree.

Design
We design your homepage first. You review it and ask for changes before we build the rest in the same style.

Build
We build the full site on a private preview link, add your content, and test it on phones, tablets and desktops.
04
Handover
We launch, hand over every login, and give you edit guides written for your site. From then on it’s yours.
When we finish
Handed over, not held hostage.
Plenty of agencies keep your site on their servers and bill you every month to touch it. We do the opposite: when the project ends, everything is in your name and you can run it without us.

Do I have to pay you every month?
No. You pay us once for the project. Your hosting (from about £7 a month with Krystal) is paid by you, directly to the host, in your own name. We don’t sell subscriptions or retainers.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain and hosting are in your name from the start, and ownership of the design and content we make for you passes to you when you’ve paid in full.
Can I really edit it myself?
Yes. We build with the standard WordPress editor, not a paid page builder, and give you step-by-step guides and short videos made for your site, plus a live handover call.
What happens after launch?
For 30 days we fix, free of charge, anything we built that isn’t working as agreed. After that the site is yours to run. If you want us to make changes later, you can buy a prepaid Update Pack, which never renews by itself.
How long does it take?
Typically 2 weeks for Launch, 3 to 4 weeks for Business and 4 to 6 weeks for Shop. The clock starts when we have your content: text, logo and photos.
What if I don’t have any text or photos?
We can write your pages for you (AI-assisted, then edited by a person) for £120 a page, and we’ll suggest free-to-use photography.
Do you make money from hosting?
We may receive a one-off referral fee from a host we recommend, such as Krystal. It never changes what you pay, and you’re free to choose any host you like.
Will my site rank top of Google?
Nobody honest can promise that. We set up the basics properly (page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and Google Search Console) so you start on the right foot.
